On a baseball field, the warning track serves as a risk management tool. The abrupt change in ground color and texture - from green grass to brown dirt or clay - alerts fielders to critical factors they must consider. Assessments and calculations are made in determining the height and trajectory of the ball. Determinations are made - an all-out effort for a leaping catch to get the out or a pull-back and play of a long hit off the outfield wall.
For the range of threats and hazards - terrorism, violent extremism, direct action tactics, malicious cyber activity, all-hazards emergencies - Warning Track Consulting similarly guides its critical infrastructure clients in their risk management decision-making. We provide vital information; aid in development and implementation of effective and sustainable plans, actions, and measures; evaluate and enhance results; and advocate with government officials and industry groups.
